My Background

When I was in kindergarten I started becoming aware of my love of art. I started to recive awards at a young age As I got older, this love never faded and eventually became my way of life.In middle school I was chosen as one of only ten students from New England to participate in a pre college program.It changed my life.High school was filled with every art class I could possibly get into.I was accepted on the spot at a portfolio review to attend The Art Institute of Chicago

Summer Camps

My Background

Camps are set up by the week. You can sign up children for a week or several. The subjects and new techniques will not repeat, so there will always be something new.
Full details of weeks can be emailed when deciding what week to attend.

A week of art

My Background

A week of art

Camps will be outdoors enjoying nature when weather permits. We will have use of a tiny art house as well as shade areas to work under. Children will learn about a new artist and technique each Monday. Throughout the week we will learn how to use materials, practice sketching as well as work on a master project to be complete on Friday. Lunches will be picnic style and we will have time to stretch and play after eating. T-shirts and aprons will be passed out on Monday for the week.
